I signed up for this a while back. It never really worked and I thought I had scrapped it. Then yesterday I was billed. Tried using the app to see if it worked. It kept closing, leaving my phone in dark mode. Tried reinstalling. It freezes....

Changing my review to one star because 1. The quarterly price increases by £4 through the service checkout journey. 2. It's telling me my internet connection is too slow when I'm at 62MBPS. 3. Prerecorded videos aren't playing. 4. Casting only worked on live streams. Likely due to issue 3. The concept is good but the execution is not ready for release to market. You've disappointed me a bit as your marketing offered something you haven't delivered. Now to work out how to purge my data.

Exciting idea, underwhelming delivery. Whenever there is a live broadcast on a phone/tablet there is a 4 option menu covering the bottom of the screen telling you to login/upgrade your membership despite being logged in and even after logging out and logging back in after clearing cache, it remains. The number of on demand shows is okay but a lot of sets are available for free on YouTube. Wouldn't continue with my subscription at this price (£30) as it is now. Live show catchup should be added
